Goń Charlie is Kuba Pierzchalski, who in another life, was an actor of the Polish theatre
company Teatr Biuro Podróży and co founder of COSmino. For the past eleven years
he has been a member of the Blue Man Group and lives in Berlin.
Goń Charlie began with his first song Śpij Kochanie’ which he composed while singing
his two small children to sleep.
Inspired by such artists as Bon Iver, Radiohead, James Blake and Sufjan Stevens,
Goń Charlie conjures an intimate and delicate musical kaleidoscope.
Soft and often visceral vocals, rhythm and acoustic guitars, tangled lyrics and
haunting melodies - this is the new Polish alternative folk.
In October 2016, Goń Charlie will release his debut EP “Motyl”.
